AUDIO- Jim Trotter discusses Marquette King’s final days with Raiders & future with Broncos

The NFL Network writer joins Steve Cofield & Adam Hill to describe the dynamics at play in the Raiders decision to cut Marquette King and how he was informed about the decision.

Trotter explains “Marquette wanted to make a good impression & didn’t want to come in empty handed so he goes to the grocery store and buys a box of Snickers for Jon Gruden and a bottle of Limoncello for special teams coach Rich Bisaccia.”

Trotter also weighs in on the future of both Colin Kaepernick and Johnny Manziel in the NFL.

Trotter says of Colin Kaepernick, “I think there’s two schools of thought. I think there’s the obvious and there are some teams that don’t think he’s a good fit. Different people have different thoughts on it. But at this point I haven’t heard anything about anyone wanting to bring him in at this point.”

Trotter elaborates, “What’s happened to Colin I think is unfair, it’s wrong. I think he deserves to be in the league but it’s multilayered.”
