He was so thankful to be alive. His story his great. He’s not going to let the shooting define his life. Totally admire the kid, can’t wait to honor him. The award is sponsored actually by the Golden Knights and we’ve got a big surprise from the Golden Knights and we’ve got a big surprise from the Knights for Nick and I can’t wait to see the smile on Nick’s face.”

Brewer also talks about the Golden Knights, “Six months ago, when the team had it’s first game it was significant for us. It was around the time of the massacre, the town was hurting, they really brought us together. That’s what pro sports are.”
