AUDIO- Dan Bonner gives the keys in the NCAA Championship Game

Bonner picked Virginia to win the national title.

The CBS color analyst said these are two of the best defenses of the last 40 years in college basketball.

A 6-foot-7 forward at Virginia in the early 70’s, Bonner looked back at UVA hoops history saying the Ralph Sampson era was the best in school history.

Sampson and company went 112-24 and reached a Final Four, but never won a national title.

The Cavalier did win the NIT in 1979.
