AUDIO – L.A. Times columnist Arash Markazi on Magic vs. Jeanie, and the Lakers off-season

The breakout star in the Los Angeles media told Cofield & Co. why he thinks the Lakers’ owner has been so quiet through the mess of the last three weeks.

He handicapped the chances of the Lake Show landing prominent free agents like Jimmy Butler, Klay Thompson and Kyrie Irving.

And that email scandal?

The one where GM Rob Pelinka and Buss got caught smashing Magic Johnson, but had mistakenly CC’d him?

Ric Bucher reported that it was the impetus that had the Lakers legend walking out the door last month.

Wait until you hear what Arash heard about the Hall of Famer and one if his big weaknesses in the workplace.
