AUDIO – What can you do when you feel your workplace is a dangerous environment? ESPN Las Vegas legal insider has the answers

Once a video emerged of the workplace bullying at the MTO Cafe, the story blew up on social media and the internet.

A manager named Young Lee is heard screaming obscenities at his servers, and threatening to deny them their tip money.

ESPN legal insider Justin Watkins explained what rights the employees have in situations like this.

Can they recover the tip money?

Should they sue the business?

Should they go after the manager through legal means?

MTO Cafe says they’ve remedied the situation by firing Lee.

But his LinkedIn page has him listed as an owner of the business.

The MTO Cafe has two locations – one downtown and one in Summerlin.
