VIDEO – Will California schools break off from the NCAA?

ESPN Las Vegas legal insider Justin Watkins discusses the legislation put forth by some California lawmakers that’ll make it illegal for anyone to profit off the likeness of a college athlete.

Currently, NCAA member schools can sell a player’s jersey, and the athlete gets zero share of the dollars generated.

It’s called the Fair Pay to Play Act.
