VIDEO – Analyst Ike Ndukwe says Armani Rogers can do it all

A big improvement on defense, and finding a way to replace one of UNLV’s all-time great running backs are two keys to the Rebels (1-0) reaching a bowl game this year.

Even more than both? Keeping Armani Rogers healthy throughout the season. And the junior QB has got to improve on his passing accuracy.

Stadium analyst Ike Ndukwe says Rogers can do it. He thinks the 6-5, 230-pounder can be one of the best quarterbacks in the nation.

Rogers will have to deliver great game tonight against Arkansas State (0-1).

Last year, the Rebels fell 27-20 in Jonesboro where Rogers struggled with his accuracy all night long going 5-of-21 with three interceptions.

Ndukewe joined Cofield and Company to talk about the matchup and what the UNLV defense is facing in new Red Wolves QB Logan Bonner.
