AUDIO – Amauri Hardy is ready for the 2019-2020 season

The UNLV Runnin Rebels held their first official practice on Tuesday.

With transfers and walk-ons, T.J. Otzelberger’s team has eight newcomers.

They need to pull it together by the opener on Nov. 5 against Ft. Wayne. and then on Nov. 9 against a very good program in Kansas State comes to the Thomas and Mack.

Amauri Hardy will be one of the guys TJO leans on early and often. The junior guard spoke with ESPN Las Vegas about why he stayed with the program while many chose to bail after Marvin Menzies was fired.
