RaiderNation – PFF has Geno Smith ranked 10th out of 32 starting QBs, which puts him in Tier 3A – “Solid starters who have flashed high-end play”. Is that a fair tier for Geno to be in, and why? Does that give you more or less confidence in this team, moving forward?
